One platform. Still theirs to change.
Adaptig had built a collection of applications that were successfully running its business. The founders wanted to bring those tools and Odoo together while keeping their ability to make changes with AI.

The approach
Status: active engagement, migrating in phases
We approached the platform with that independence in mind. Administrative and content work became accessible through MCP-driven operations, alongside guardrails and an editing environment built into the site.
The aim was to preserve what the founders valued about their existing way of working while making the system more coherent and easier to manage.

What is changing
Mike reports an improved experience for tutors and students, and less stressful, less error-prone work for the founders.

The important part
A platform can be easier to maintain while giving the people who run the business more freedom. In this project, that was a requirement to design for from the beginning.
